If you are looking for an affordable hotel that is very accessible within the Chicago area, the Congress Plaza Hotel is the place to go. The hotel was originally built in 1893 for house visitors of the World’s Columbian Exposition. It is across the street from Grant Park and about 2 miles from Navy Pier.
